RETURN POLICY
What is the return policy?
If the product is returnable; You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. We only ask for the items you are returning to be in original condition and unworn, unwashed or not defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns made within 14 days of the receiving date will be issued a full refund to the original payment method excluding the original shipping cost.
- Though some items are non-returnable, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there's a problem with your order, please email us right away and we'll do what we can to make it right. Pillows and vintage one of a kind pieces are final sale.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please submit a return request via our bohemtolia@gmail.com e-mail address. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and issue you a return authorization upon approval and provide you with the mailing address for your return via e-mail. All items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. Bohemtolia is not responsible for the lost or damaged items through a return.
What is the exchange policy?
Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange. You may return your product within 14 days after receiving the order and re-order your replacement item.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs for a refund are not covered nor reimbursed by Bohemtolia, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
What if the item I received is damaged?
Though we hope this never happens, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us by e-mailing bohemtolia@gmail.com and we will help sort out the issue.
Damages
- Damage sometimes occurs in the shipping process, though we do our best to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition. All damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and email us right away. We will arrange replacement or return of the damaged item.
- Items noted as 'vintage', 'found', 'handmade' or 'one of a kind' will vary from item to item, and may have imperfections- that's what makes them unique. These imperfections are not considered damage, and these items are sold 'as-is'.
How long will it take my return to be processed?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received the item it will go trough return authorization. Once the return is accepted it will be ready for the refund. We will refund your money to the payment method for the purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund is issued. It may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your online statement depending on your bank.
